Online. Central offers the convenience of reporting or checking the status of your insurance claim online through our policyholder website, myCentral®. Visit www.central-insurance.com and click on the myCentral link. You may also report your claim via our Facebook page or by using the myCentral Mobile app available to myCentral users with an Apple or Android device.
By phone. When you contact Central to report a claim, you will speak with a knowledgeable member of our Services Department who will assist you in reporting your claim.
