  • Phone: Call 800-786-9052 and press “1” to be connected to our automated payment system (including a Spanish option) 24/7, or choose to speak to a Customer Service Representative between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday.

Accepted forms of payment include MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, American Express®, PayPal or one-time electronic withdrawal.
